FSC India will host the Responsible Business Forum 2026 on 28–29 May in Mumbai, bringing together business leaders, policymakers, sustainability professionals, and certification experts to advance responsible forest-based value chains in India.
As global expectations around responsible sourcing, traceability, and sustainability compliance continue to evolve—driven by frameworks such as the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR) and growing ESG requirements—the forum will serve as a collaborative platform for dialogue and practical learning.
The two-day event will combine high-level discussions with technical sessions, covering key sectors including wood and furniture, pulp and paper, packaging, and natural rubber, as well as in-depth explorations of FSC certification systems, audit preparedness, and traceability solutions.
Building on earlier capacity-building initiatives, the forum reflects FSC India’s continued efforts to support businesses in strengthening responsible sourcing practices and aligning with emerging global sustainability expectations.
